Sold: ISOTTA, 98’ (30m) Ferretti Motor Yacht
Northrop & Johnson announces the sale of the 98-foot (30.13m) Ferretti motor yacht ISOTTA, with Yacht Brokers Ed Cavendish and Ed Dickinson representing the seller. The yacht was last asking €8,750,000.
Delivered in 2023, ISOTTA is the flagship model in the Ferretti Yachts range. With a beam of 6.81 metres and a volume of 142GT, she offers substantial interior and exterior space while maintaining an under-24-metre load line length.
ISOTTA’s exterior was designed by Filippo Salvetti, with interiors by IdeaeITALIA. Her main salon is surrounded by large windows and arranged with an L-shaped lounge aft and a formal dining area forward.
Accommodation is provided for 10 guests across five staterooms. The main-deck owner’s suite is positioned forward and includes extensive hull windows, a dressing area, desk and vanity, as well as an en-suite bathroom with twin basins, separate heads and a rainfall shower. Four additional guest staterooms are located on the lower deck, comprising two doubles and two convertible twins, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
The exterior layout is centred around several distinct guest areas. Her flybridge includes a wet bar with a fridge and grill, dining for eight and a selection of informal seating. An opening louvre system within the hardtop allows the space to be adjusted according to the conditions, while the flybridge connects directly with the foredeck lounge and its sunbathing and seating areas.
At the stern, ISOTTA features Ferretti’s distinctive aft beach area, with loungers positioned slightly above the swim platform. The transom opens to reveal a garage for the tender and water toys, allowing the yacht’s leisure equipment to be stored without compromising the guest areas.
Capable of reaching a top speed of 27 knots, ISOTTA offers the performance of a planing motor yacht with a five-stateroom layout, considerable exterior deck space and the volume expected of a larger yacht.
Northrop & Johnson congratulates both the Seller and the new Owner on the successful transaction.
