MONARA 84' (25.80m) Feadship Yacht for Sale

Posted January 25, 2023 in Brokerage & New Build by Ashleigh King

The 84′ (25.80m) Feadship MONARA is now for sale with Yacht Brokers Ed Dickinson and Ed Cavendish.

Since her 1969 delivery, MONARA’s meticulous maintenance has brought plenty of upgrades while still maintaining her classic Feadship pedigree. She was refitted in 2016 by Feadship, who worked closely with the owner’s team. She boasts Zero Speed stabilizers, the latest technologies and AV equipment and stays virtually silent overnight courtesy of her electric battery autonomy. MONARA exudes elegance and character in every detail.

The yacht’s interior ambiance is light, open and airy. All the windows in the lounge and portholes in the cabins can be opened. The varnished teak has been replaced with dark-stained oak and a walk-in wardrobe has been added instead of lockers, reflecting the way people travel lighter today. Her main salon offers an L-shaped settee situated opposite a full-length cabinet that houses a built-in pop-up TV. She features a unique glass panel on the floor of the salon that provides visibility of the restored Gardner main engines. Her galley is well-equipped with everything required and features a Dutch door that opens directly to the main deck. Aft to starboard are stairs leading to the guest cabins with access to the master cabin forward.

MONARA welcomes eight guests in four refined cabins. The master suite is queen-size with a built-in desk, a settee, lots of drawer storage and a large walk-in wardrobe. Below deck and aft is the VIP cabin with an en-suite bathroom. Midships are two additional guest cabins with a shared bathroom. Both cabins can be easily transformed into either two single or double beds. Each of her cabins features an LED TV hidden behind a one-way mirror, leaving it out of sight when switched off.

The Feadship’s exterior features classic lines, a trademark clipper bow and a canoe stern. Her aft deck is a beautiful covered space with comfortable seating for 12 around an extendable teak-varnished wood table. Her large sundeck is supported by slim, slanting steel posts, which barely disrupt the views. Aft are sunbeds for up to 10 guests and at the center is an L-shaped lounge sofa with a coffee table. The chimney house houses a retractable gas barbeque, two fridges and one icemaker.
