MARBELLA IV 109’1” (33.25m) Sovereign Yacht for Sale
Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce the listing of MARBELLA IV, a 109’1” (33.25m) Sovereign motor yacht, represented by Yacht Broker Whit Kirtland. Built in 2001, the yacht is offered for $3,950,000 following a $2.2 million, 10-month refit completed in 2026, which built upon a major mechanical refit completed in 2016.
Constructed on a proven modified Westport hull, MARBELLA IV has benefited from an extensive modernization program that transformed both her guest spaces and technical systems. The interior was reimagined by Paturzo Yacht Design, with new furniture, carpeting, headliners, millwork, wall coverings, soft goods and artwork throughout.
“Following her acquisition, the owner committed over $2 million to a comprehensive modernization program that went well beyond cosmetic improvements,” says yacht broker Whit Kirtland. “The work focused on the areas that matter most to owners, including the guest experience, onboard comfort, technical systems and overall usability. MARBELLA IV now presents as a thoroughly updated yacht with an exceptional level of investment already completed.”
Powered by twin Caterpillar C-18 ACERT Tier III diesel engines, MARBELLA IV is equipped with Naiad fin stabilizers, a triple Seakeeper stabilization system, ABT bow and stern thrusters, and twin 55kW Kohler generators. Recent technical upgrades also include a new 20-ton Dometic reverse-cycle air conditioning system by FCS Marine, 21 new or rebuilt air handlers and a new suite of Garmin navigation, radar, communications and FLIR equipment.
Accommodations are arranged for eight guests in four en-suite staterooms, including a full-beam on-deck master suite and a full-beam VIP suite, with separate accommodations for three to five crew. The yacht’s exterior living areas have also been significantly upgraded, highlighted by a flybridge with a custom fiberglass hardtop by Flemming Marine Composites, new teak decking, a five-person Jacuzzi, service bar, gas firepit, and generous dining and lounge areas. A hydraulic swim platform launches the 2015 14′ Aquascan tender, while full walkaround side decks enhance accessibility throughout the yacht.
