Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce a €455,000 price reduction on the 109’ (34m) motor yacht GRAZIADIU, represented for sale by Yacht Broker Ed Cavendish and Sean McCarter. She is now offered at €2,500,000 (previously €2,955,000).

Built by Overmarine, the Mangusta 108 series is one of the yard’s most successful open yacht designs, celebrated for high performance and expansive outdoor living. Privately owned and maintained with care, GRAZIADIU stands out as a turnkey, MCA-compliant example, with her full class survey completed in 2025 alongside extensive mechanical servicing to her engines, generators and waterjets.

Designed for fast coastal cruising, her shallow-draft hull delivers confident seakeeping while keeping access to bays and anchorages effortless. Powered by twin MTU 12V 4000 M90 engines with Kamewa 63 S3 waterjets, she cruises comfortably at around 32 knots and reaches a top speed of 35 knots, with strong acceleration and smooth, quiet running at lower speeds.

Life on deck is central to GRAZIADIU’s appeal. The aft cockpit is arranged for all-day use with a large sunpad, shaded dining beneath the hardtop and built-in seating, while wide side decks lead forward to a generous bow sunpad for private lounging and open views at anchor.
