Northrop & Johnson is thrilled to announce the sale of the 100’ (30.48m) Nautor Swan sailing yacht HOPPETOSSE by Yacht Broker Sean McCarter, acting on behalf of the seller. The yacht was last asking €3,800,000.

Designed by German Frers, HOPPETOSSE is one of only three Swan 100 Flush Decks ever produced, making her a coveted masterpiece. With her sleek and timeless lines, she boasts a clean and efficient deck layout, ideal for both short-handed sailing and fully crewed racing. Recently undergoing a major refit from 2016 to 2019, HOPPETOSSE has been lightly used since.

HOPPETOSSE’s interior showcases elegance and spaciousness, offering the perfect environment for relaxation and socializing. The main salon is designed for comfortable living, featuring an L-shaped settee with a coffee table on the port side and a lifting 42″ flat-screen TV with a Bose lifestyle sound system. To the starboard side, a U-shaped dinette with a varnished teak table accommodates eight to ten guests, perfect for dining and movie nights alike, with the table converting to create an additional lounge area.

The luxury sailing yacht accommodates up to seven guests in three beautifully appointed cabins. The forward master cabin boasts a large double bed on the starboard side, a settee opposite, a large hanging wardrobe, and an en-suite bath with varnished teak countertops and a spacious shower with a slatted seat. Additional guest accommodations include a port-side double-bed cabin and a starboard twin cabin with a Pullman berth, each with an en-suite bathroom and full-length hanging wardrobes. HOPPETOSSE can also accommodate up to four crew members, though she can be efficiently crewed by three, depending on the desired level of service.

HOPPETOSSE’s guest cockpit is an inviting space for both underway and at anchor experiences, also providing an ideal setting for alfresco dining. The yacht features a fold-out transom door, offering seamless access to the water. Her hydraulic keel enhances her performance and allows her to access ports and anchorages that are typically out of reach for similar-sized sailing yachts.
