Northrop & Johnson is pleased to present the 73’3″ (22.35m) Princess 72 GRAND CRU now offered for sale with Yacht Brokers Matt Palmer and Edoardo Turati. Built in 2014 by Princess, she delivers the easy comfort of a proven model with a specification that makes ownership simple and enjoyable.

GRAND CRU stands out thanks to an extensive upgrade package. She is equipped with fin stabilizers, an upgraded generator, hydraulic bow and stern thrusters and advanced navigation systems. A Williams 385 Turbojet tender sits on the hydraulic bathing platform which makes days at anchor and shore runs effortless.

The main deck feels open the moment you step inside. The salon is bright with large panoramic windows and several lounging areas that suit family time or entertainment. Forward, the dining area seats eight and is served by the galley which can be closed off with a sliding glass screen when you want more privacy. The interior is finished in satin Light Oak with upgraded “Platinum” leather upholstery and improved carpeting. Wenge wood flooring in the galley and dinette adds a clean modern touch.

Accommodation is for eight guests in four ensuite cabins. The full beam master is the highlight with generous volume, strong natural light and a full beam bathroom. Forward, the VIP has an ensuite and a 22″ LED TV. The remaining cabins include a starboard twin with ensuite and LED TV plus a port guest cabin with twin berths and ensuite. Wood Venetian blinds and upgraded upholstery run throughout the guest cabins. Heated towel rails are fitted in three bathrooms.

The aft deck is arranged for dining and lounging in the shade with direct access to the salon. The flybridge is the main social space with generous seating, sunpads and a bar plus a second helm, a wet bar and a BBQ. There is also a private upper deck terrace style lounge, a quiet foredeck sunpad area and a large swim platform that works as a true beach club at anchor.

Crew accommodation is arranged aft with a private head and shower plus direct engine room access. It is currently set up with a single berth and extra storage with the option of reinstalling a second bunk.

For further information or to arrange a private viewing, please contact Yacht Brokers Matt Palmer or Edoardo Turati. For media enquiries and imagery, contact Northrop & Johnson’s press team.
