G3 Heesen 4400 Aluminum Yacht for Sale

Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce the new central agency of the 44-meter Heesen yacht G3, represented by Yacht Brokers Richard Higgins and Monty Batt. Now asking €12,950,000, G3 is one of the best-presented and most competitively priced yachts in her class.

Built in 2008, G3 is one of only seven in the Heesen 4400 Aluminum series and has undergone major refits in 2017, 2021–2022, and 2024. Recent works include a rebuilt swim platform, overhauled steering and thruster systems, and serviced stabilizers, placing her in turnkey condition.

Constructed in all-aluminium with a semi-displacement hull, she’s powered by twin MTU diesels delivering 7,200 hp, with a top speed of 23 knots and cruising speed of 17 knots. Zero-speed fin stabilizers enhance comfort underway and at anchor.

Styled by Omega Architects, her interiors are open and modern, with expansive salon windows, a galley with Miele and Hoshizaki appliances, and a dumbwaiter system for seamless service. The 2022-updated skylounge connects directly to the bridge deck aft for easy entertaining.

G3 sleeps 12 guests in five cabins, including a full-beam master suite with a convertible office/massage room. Two doubles and two convertible twins sit on the lower deck, each with en-suites. Crew quarters accommodate nine across four cabins, including a captain’s cabin on the bridge deck.

The sundeck is a standout, with a Jacuzzi flanked by sunpads and an open-air cinema system. Other features include shaded bridge deck dining, a beach club with gym and bar, and a robust toy inventory: Williams Sportjet 375, Seadoo Spark Jet Skis, eFoils, Seabobs, dive gear, and more.
