Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce a €1,200,000 price reduction on the 144’ (44m) motor yacht G3, now asking €11,750,000. She is listed for sale with Yacht Brokers Richard Higgins and Monty Batt.

Built by Heesen and delivered in 2008, G3 is one of just seven yachts from the highly regarded 4400 Aluminum series. She stands out today as one of the most comprehensively refitted examples available. A charter-focused refit in 2017 was followed by a full repaint and interior refresh in 2021–2022, with further major technical upgrades completed in 2024.

Constructed in all-aluminium with a semi-displacement hull, G3 offers an appealing blend of speed and range. Twin MTU engines deliver 7,200 horsepower, pushing her to a top speed of 23 knots and a comfortable cruising speed of 17 knots. Zero-speed fin stabilizers enhance comfort at anchor and underway, while recent works to steering systems, thrusters, stabilizers, propellers and the swim platform ensure she is ready for immediate use.

Her interiors, styled by Omega Architects, feel open and bright. Expansive windows flood the main salon with natural light, while the dining area connects directly to the main deck aft, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The skylounge, updated in 2022, opens onto the bridge deck aft and works equally well as a relaxed lounge or an entertainment space.

G3 accommodates up to 12 guests in five cabins, including a full-beam master suite on the main deck with a private office that can convert into a children’s cabin or massage room.
