December 2020 Sales Round-Up

Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the following six yachts that took place in the month of December.

The 157-foot (47.85m) superyacht TOP FIVE was sold by Yacht Brokers Sean Doyle and Wes Sanford, who represented the buyer. Christensen built TOP FIVE in 2005. The superyacht is a desirable on-water retreat showcasing luxurious amenities and voluminous living spaces. The yacht’s exceptional design allows for effortless entertaining as well as privacy for the owners and their guests. She welcomes 12 guests overnight in the sumptuous comfort of six staterooms. Following her sale, TOP FIVE immediately joined the Northrop & Johnson charter fleet.  

The 120-foot WONDER was sold by yacht broker Wes Sanford, who acted on behalf of the buyer. This motor yacht was listed with Northrop & Johnson for less than two months before she sold. The impressive yacht was built by Crescent Yachts and showcases high-quality craftsmanship and timeless elegance.  

The 92-foot (28.3m) BUN was sold by Yacht Broker Ed Dickinson, who represented the buyer. BUN is a Mangusta 92 that was built by Overmarine in 2015. As Overmarines demo yacht, this motor yacht has had notable light use that ensures she is the equivalent condition as a new construction yacht. This exceptional yacht turns head with her impressive speeds. She boasts MY 2600hp engines that give her a cruising speed of 33 knots and a top speed of 38 knots.

The 65-foot (19.81m) sailing yacht MAYERO was sold in-house by Paul Daubner, who acted on behalf of the buyer and seller. Built by Dufour in 1995 with design by Bruce Farr, MAYERO is an outstanding cutter that blends performance sailing with ample accommodations. She is an ideal family cruiser.

The 60-foot (18.3m) Fountain Pajot sailing catamaran was sold by Yacht Broker Paul Daubner, who represented the buyer. 

The 45-foot (13m) sailing yacht STAR WATCH was sold by Yacht Broker Brian Commette, representing the buyer and seller.
