Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the 65-foot (19.81m) MAYERO by Northrop & Johnson Yacht Broker Paul Daubner, who acted on behalf of the buyer and seller. The sailing yacht was listed with Northrop & Johnson for just over two months before she sold.

MAYERO is an exceptional cutter sailing yacht built in 1995 by Dufour and designed by Bruce Farr. Her impressive, quality build perfectly blends performance sailing with ample accommodations, making her a perfect family cruiser.

The interior of the sailing yacht MAYERO is welcoming and inviting with timeless styling and an abundance of natural light. The yacht’s full-beam main salon features a large dining table to port and a seating as well as a smaller table to starboard. The main salon also has a navigation station, flat-screen TV and stereo. The set up in MAYERO’s main salon makes it perfect for relaxing after a day of sailing as well as entertaining guests. The sailing yacht also has a well-equipped galley for easy meal prep.

The sailing yacht offers accommodations for 10 guests in five staterooms or eight guests and two crewmembers in four guest staterooms and one crew stateroom. Aft, MAYERO features an en-suite master stateroom with a queen-size bed, a queen-bed stateroom and a twin-bunked stateroom. Forward the cutter sailing yacht has two full bed staterooms. All staterooms aboard are fitted with opening ports as well as air conditioning and heat.

MAYERO has a well-equipped sail package that provides the true thrills of sailing. On deck, the yacht has a guest cockpit and a dual helm, which both have Bimini covers. The guest cockpit has wrap around seating and a folding teak table, making it ideal for relaxing and alfresco dining.
