Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce the successful in-house sale of BELLA VITA, represented by Yacht Brokers Sean Doyle and Ed Dickinson. She was last asking €11,200,000.

Delivered in 2020, BELLA VITA is a 116’ (36m) Benetti Mediterraneo 116. Her sleek exterior styling by Giorgio M. Cassetta is paired with confident performance, cruising at 14 knots with a top speed of 15 knots. Designed with entertaining at her core, she moves effortlessly from casual family use to larger social gatherings.

Her minimalist, contemporary interior is filled with natural light from oversized windows. A mix of neutral tones, rich wood finishes, marble surfaces, and bold pops of color is complemented by discreet technology, including hidden charging stations, mirror-integrated TVs, and seamless telecommunications throughout.

Outdoor living plays a central role onboard. The expansive swim platform and beach club provide direct access to the water for watersports and diving, supported by a garage housing a Williams tender, Jet Skis, and dive equipment. Above, the aft skylounge, 80-square-meter sundeck, and foredeck lounge with Jacuzzi offer multiple settings for dining and socializing throughout the day.

Accommodation is arranged for 11 guests in five staterooms, led by a full-beam owner’s suite on the main deck with a king-size bed, private study, walk-in dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom with a central shower, bathtub, and marble finishes. Four additional guest cabins are located on the lower deck.

BELLA VITA has benefitted from annual servicing, an owner-supervised build, and private use only since launch, preserving her in excellent condition throughout.
