99’3’’ (30.26m) Riva STILE DI VITA Sold
Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce the in-house sale of the 99’3’’ (30.26m) Riva motor yacht STILE DI VITA, with Yacht Brokers Ed Dickinson and Kevin Merrigan representing the seller and Yacht Broker Gabriele Modica Ragusa and Stefano Falaschi of Futura Yachts to representing the buyer. The yacht was last asking $13,000,000.
Delivered by Riva in 2023, STILE DI VITA is a standout example of the Riva 102 Corsaro Super, combining sleek Italian design, strong performance and exceptional onboard comfort.
Her exterior profile is unmistakably Riva, defined by sweeping lines, oversized windows and generous guest spaces throughout. A key feature is her innovative open-air lounge at water level, creating a relaxed connection to the sea and offering an inviting space for guests to unwind by the water.
Outdoor living is central to her design. The flybridge features a secondary helm station, bar and seating area, while the foredeck offers sun pads and a comfortable seating space. Aft, a large sunbathing area leads to the swim platform, with a concealed garage housing a Williams Jet Rib and water toys.
Inside, STILE DI VITA showcases a refined interior by Officina Italiana Design, with floor-to-ceiling windows, matt Canaletto walnut joinery, chrome accents, leather panels and back-lacquered glass. Her layout includes a main salon with dining aft and lounge forward, creating a bright and intimate guest space.
Accommodation is for up to 10 guests in five staterooms, including a full-beam main deck master suite. Four additional guest cabins are located on the lower deck, each with ensuite facilities. Crew accommodation is provided for five in three cabins.
Powered for a top speed of 28 knots and equipped with both gyroscopic and fin stabilizers, STILE DI VITA delivers comfort and performance underway and at anchor.
Northrop & Johnson would like to thank all parties involved in the successful sale of STILE DI VITA.
