Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce the sale of the 65’ (19.82m) Nautor Swan sailing yacht INDIGO VII, with Yacht Broker Jaap Havenga representing the seller. The yacht was last asking €750,000.

Delivered by Nautor Swan in 2005, INDIGO VII is a Swan 62FD, hull number five in a limited series of only seven yachts built by the renowned Finnish shipyard. Designed by German Frers, the Swan 62FD is an upgraded version of the well-proven Swan 60, offering an extended stern, increased storage and deck space aft, an opening stern platform and an improved deck layout.

Built for blue water cruising, INDIGO VII combines strong sailing performance with the quality, reliability and timeless design for which Nautor Swan is known. Easy to manage and well suited to shorthanded cruising, she features an Offshore Spars rig with a three-spreader mast, rod standing rigging, furling headsail and a fully battened mainsail with a Harken Battcar system, lazy-jacks and Easystow bag. Electric powered winches further enhance ease of handling.

Inside, INDIGO VII offers a warm and spacious teak interior with satin finish, teak and holly floorboards and excellent natural light through Goiot flush deck hatches with Oceanair blinds. Her full-beam salon is positioned midships and features a comfortable seating area with a large wooden table to port, as well as two armchairs, a sofa and navigation area/chart table to starboard. A fully equipped galley supports comfortable extended cruising.

Accommodation is arranged for up to six guests in three cabins, with an additional crew cabin for two forward, which can also serve as a sail locker. With a beam of 17’6” (5.34m), 49 GT of volume and ample onboard storage, INDIGO VII delivers an excellent balance of comfort, practicality and sailing pedigree in the 65-foot segment.

INDIGO VII has been maintained by an experienced Swan owner who purchased the yacht in 2018 and completed a rigorous maintenance schedule, together with several significant upgrades, to keep her in excellent condition. Her CE Category A Ocean classification, blue water credentials and strong specification made her a compelling opportunity for buyers seeking a capable and beautifully maintained performance cruising yacht.

Northrop & Johnson would like to thank all parties involved in the successful sale of INDIGO VII, with special thanks to Stefano Leonardi of Lmarine Group SRL for his professionalism throughout the transaction.
