50m Classic Feadship EMERALD for Sale

Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce the addition of the 165’5″ (50m) Feadship EMERALD to its sales fleet. Listed for sale with Yacht Brokers Richard Higgins and Matt Palmer, she is offered at €21,000,000 and is currently located in the South of France.

Originally built in 1990, EMERALD completed a 16-month rebuild in 2023 at Balk Shipyard, which included an extension from 48m to 50.4m. The project was recognised by the industry, with EMERALD named a finalist at the 2024 Boat International World Superyacht Awards.

The rebuild delivered substantial technical enhancements, including new Quantum extending fin stabilisers for use underway and at anchor (zero speed), completely new navigation equipment, upgraded audio visual and IT systems, a new satellite TV system and satellite communications with Starlink. Her extensive rebuild also transformed the interior, which was entirely stripped back and reimagined by Design Unlimited.

The revised layout features a forward-facing master suite and adjacent VIP suite on the main deck, complemented by four further guest suites on the lower deck. The main saloon was opened up to create a more spacious, contemporary living area with large windows, a light and contemporary interior, and separate lounge and dining spaces.

EMERALD’s bridge deck saloon and bridge deck cockpit were extended, with a single new crane replacing the two original cranes, allowing the area to be used as an outdoor lounge and leisure area. The extended sundeck now incorporates a large spa bath forward, seating area, sun beds, and a wet bar.

EMERALD’s class renewal also includes commercial compliance.
