33M Custom Line RENEWAL 3 Yacht Sold

Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce the sale of the 33-meter Custom Line Navetta RENEWAL 3, with Yacht Broker Ed Dickinson representing the seller. RENEWAL 3 was last asking €11,995,000.

Delivered in 2022, RENEWAL 3 is a standout example of the Custom Line Navetta 33 series. Built by the renowned Italian shipyard Custom Line and designed by Zuccon International Project, she combines performance and functionality. She features a GRP hull and superstructure and has been maintained to RINA classification. She offers a top speed of 16 knots and cruises efficiently at 12 knots, with excellent seakeeping capabilities ideal for both coastal cruising and longer passages.

Her exterior profile is sleek and modern, while her layout offers versatile, well-planned spaces across three decks. On the aft main deck, a large sofa and loose furniture provide a relaxed, shaded welcome area. The sundeck is a multi-functional space featuring a Jacuzzi forward, a full bar and grill station, a fixed sunroof over the central lounge, and sun loungers aft. The foredeck offers an additional alfresco dining area with built-in sunpads.

Inside, the yacht is bright and contemporary, with oversized windows allowing natural light to flood the living spaces. The main salon includes a lounge area and a formal dining space for eight, with access to a drop-down balcony on the starboard side—ideal for a quiet coffee or sunset drink with ocean views. The skylounge opens out onto the bridge deck aft, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.

RENEWAL 3 accommodates up to 11 guests in five cabins. The full-beam master suite is located forward on the main deck and features a walk-in wardrobe and his-and-her bathrooms. The lower deck is home to three double guest cabins and one twin cabin with a Pullman berth, offering flexible arrangements for families or groups.

The yacht is equipped with Custom Line’s innovative Dual Mode Transom (DMT), which cleverly integrates tender and toy storage with a convertible beach club. When open, the transom transforms into a large swim platform with direct access to the water.

Sold following light, private use since delivery, RENEWAL 3 represents a strong example of a Custom Line yacht.
