Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce the sale of the 23m (78’) Bluegame MIRAMAR, with Yacht Broker Charles Herve representing the buyer. MIRAMAR was last asking €3,300,000.
Designed by Luca Santella and Zuccon International Project, the BGX70 is known for its innovative “extreme” layout that redefines life on board. The design integrates interior and exterior spaces to create a seamless connection with the sea, an approach that has earned the model international recognition.
MIRAMAR measures 21.86 meters in length with a beam of 5.6 meters and a shallow draft of 1.6 meters. She is powered by twin Volvo Penta IPS1350 engines, delivering a top speed of 30 knots and exceptional maneuverability. A Seakeeper 16 gyroscopic stabilizer ensures comfort at anchor and underway.
MIRAMAR’s interior blends contemporary design with a strong connection to the sea, thanks to expansive windows that frame panoramic views. The upper deck houses a bright and open galley-dining area, with direct access to the shaded aft deck. Below, the unique lower deck saloon sits just above the waterline, featuring an aft-facing sofa enhancing the connection to the sea. Accommodation is offered for six guests in three cabins, including a full-beam owner’s suite with large hull windows, a desk/vanity and ensuite.
MIRAMAR’s exterior is designed for open, connected living, with an expansive foredeck lounge offering sunpads and twin tables, a shaded upper deck dining area with built-in seating, and an extended stern table for eight with an adjustable height system that converts to a lounge space. The wide swim platform provides direct access to the lower deck saloon, a private waterside lounge with a custom layout featuring an aft-facing sofa and additional cabinetry along the stern.
MIRAMAR’s specification reflects a focus on both performance and comfort. Features include tropical air conditioning, a lithium battery package, a Gaggenau electric grill, bow and stern biminis, a FLIR night vision camera and an extended stern dining table with adjustable height. She carries a Sur Marine ST 330 tender and features underwater lights, upgraded navigation electronics and additional refrigeration and wine storage.
