Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce the sale of the 160’ (49m) motor yacht OLMIDA, with Yacht Broker Ed Dickinson representing the buyer. The yacht was last asking €24,500,000.
Delivered by Royal Hakvoort Shipyard in 2010, OLMIDA has benefitted from ongoing investment and careful private ownership. Key works completed in 2020 included a full repaint of the hull and superstructure, along with upgraded audio-visual and IT systems. Most recently, her five-year RINA class special survey was completed in 2024, confirming her strong technical condition and readiness for continued cruising.
Built in steel with an aluminium superstructure and naval architecture by Diana Yacht Design, OLMIDA offers a proven platform for long-range use, with a 3,500-nautical-mile range at 12 knots.
One of OLMIDA’s defining features is her 703 GT interior volume, placing her among the most spacious yachts in her class. Interiors by Sinot Yacht Design combine classic Art Deco styling with warm materials, including sapele mahogany, honey onyx and refined decorative detailing. Large windows throughout create a bright, open feel across all guest spaces.
Accommodation is arranged for up to 14 guests in seven cabins. The full-beam Owner’s suite is located on the sundeck and benefits from both forward and aft private terraces. Two VIP suites are positioned on the bridge deck, with four additional guest cabins on the lower deck. A convertible cabin on the main deck offers further flexibility. An elevator serves all four decks, ensuring easy circulation throughout the yacht.
Outdoor areas are designed for both privacy and entertaining, with multiple dining and lounge spaces across the bridge deck and sundeck. The bridge deck aft features alfresco dining for 12 with a full-service bar, while the sundeck offers a more private Owner-focused layout with seating, loungers and gym equipment.
Privately owned since delivery, OLMIDA has been maintained to a high standard throughout her life and is equipped with Quantum zero-speed stabilisers for comfort underway and at anchor.
