131’ (40m) Sunseeker Motor Yacht Sold

Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce the off-market sale of a Sunseeker 131, with Yacht Broker Matt Palmer representing the Buyer.

Delivered in 2016, the 131’ (40m) tri-deck motor yacht is a well-kept example of one of Sunseeker’s most successful large yacht platforms. Built in the UK, she benefits from a cohesive design approach, with Sunseeker responsible for the exterior styling, interior design and naval architecture.

The Sunseeker 131 model is an award-winning platform, recognized for its design and overall execution. The model was named Best Yacht Design at the Asia Boating Awards and was also a finalist for Best Semi-Custom Built Yacht above 120ft.

Accommodation is arranged for up to 10 guests in five cabins, including a full-beam owner’s suite, two double cabins, and two twins. This configuration offers flexibility for family use or charter groups, while up to eight crew are accommodated to ensure efficient service and smooth day-to-day operations on board.

She reaches a top speed of 25 knots and cruises comfortably at 18 knots, delivering the fast, confident ride expected from the Sunseeker brand. Her semi-displacement hull strikes a balance between speed and onboard volume, while 21,650 litres of fuel capacity provide a range of approximately 1,500 nautical miles at 12 knots. At 338 GT, she offers generous interior volume for her size without compromising performance or handling.

Following the sale, the yacht is currently en route to Europe, where she will be available for summer charter, adding a strong and proven option to the 40-metre charter market.
