Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce the 116’2” (35.4m) Feadship motor yacht ALHAMBRA is now for sale, represented by Yacht Brokers Ed Dickinson and Ed Cavendish. She is offered at €4,995,000 EU VAT Paid.

Originally delivered in 1970 and extensively refitted between 2019 and 2022, ALHAMBRA is a classic canoe-stern Feadship that combines timeless Dutch pedigree with a fully modernized interior and upgraded technical platform. Built for American businessman James A. Ryder, she has benefitted from continuous investment throughout her life, including a major technical refit in 2008 and a comprehensive three-year program under her most recent ownership. Most recently, she completed a full repaint in 2026, further enhancing her elegant profile.

Her exterior lines remain true to her origins, with the iconic canoe stern and balanced proportions that define Feadship’s enduring design language. Inside, her fully reimagined Art Deco interior features rich walnut finishes, soft neutral tones and marble detailing throughout, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere suited to both private use and charter.

ALHAMBRA accommodates up to 10 guests in five staterooms, including a full-beam owner’s suite, two VIP cabins and two additional twin cabins convertible to doubles. Crew accommodations are arranged for six, supporting smooth service onboard.

Exterior living is a defining feature of ALHAMBRA. The main deck aft offers alfresco dining and direct access to the water, while the completely restyled sundeck serves as a central social hub with two lounge areas, an outdoor cinema setup, a bar with seating and a Teppanyaki dining area. Forward sunbathing areas provide an additional private space for guests to relax.

Her extensive refit program has addressed both technical and cosmetic aspects of the yacht, including zero-houred main engines in 2021, upgraded electrical systems, completely rebuilt interiors and redesigned exterior spaces. Commercially compliant and with a proven charter profile in the Western Mediterranean, she offers strong appeal for both private ownership and revenue-generating potential.

Combining classic Feadship heritage, a fully modernized specification and strong charter capability, ALHAMBRA represents a compelling opportunity in the 35-metre market.
