Northrop & Johnson announces a $300,000 price reduction for CHINDON, bringing her new asking price to $4,995,000. The yacht is listed for sale with Northrop & Johnson Yacht Brokers Alex Rogers and Mike Finnegan.

Built by Ocean Alexander in 2017, the CHINDON features interior and exterior styling by Evan K. Marshall. Her ownership history includes significant servicing and upgrades carried out in 2022 and 2025, and her engine propulsion warranty remains in effect through March 2027.

CHINDON is powered by twin 1,920HP MTU 12V2000 engines, delivering a 16-knot cruising speed and 25-knot maximum speed. Sidepower Vector Fin stabilizers provide zero-speed stabilization, while onboard systems include Garmin navigation electronics, Yacht Controller, DockMate, N2KView vessel monitoring and a Sea Recovery 1,400 GPD watermaker.

Inside, large salon windows bring natural light across an interior finished with walnut satin joinery and marble and quartz surfaces. Her arrangement incorporates a country kitchen-style galley on the main deck and a skylounge with its own wet bar and helm station above.

Accommodations are arranged for eight guests across four staterooms. The king-bed owner’s suite includes a walk-in closet with heated marble flooring and enlarged windows in the en-suite bathroom. The remaining accommodations comprise a forward VIP and two guest staterooms with side-by-side berths that can be converted.

Outdoor areas extend from the bow lounge with a hi-low table to the flybridge, aft decks and teak swim platform. Equipment includes a hydraulic yacht crane, reinforced towing cleats, LED underwater lighting, televisions on the flybridge and aft deck, and Jacuzzi pre-plumbing and wiring. Her recent maintenance has included polishing, bottom paint, shaft seals, zincs and a new teak swim platform.
