2018 Palm Beach International Boat Show Wrap Up

The 2018 edition of the iconic Palm Beach International Boat Show welcomed visitors to downtown West Palm Beach, Florida, March 22 to 25 as impressive superyachts filled the Intercostal Waterway.

With beautiful weather throughout the show, Northrop & Johnson guests and clients mixed and mingled at the chic Northrop & Johnson stand. As one of the largest in-water superyacht exhibitors, Northrop & Johnson showcased 13 luxury yachts for sale and charter, including PRAXIS, LADY LEILA, BRIO, KAOS, CLORINDA, VAIVEN, STERLING V, CARMELLA, ENDLESS SUMMER, Z, HEARTBEAT, DELTA CARBON 54, LANGARA. Northrop & Johnson Sales and Charter Brokers from Antibes, Fort Lauderdale, Monaco, Newport,  Newport Beach and New York offices all were in attendance at the show for private showings and meetings.

In addition, Northrop & Johnson’s Strategic Global Partners, Chai Rum, Lufthansa First Class, Lauderdale Marine Center, Marsh Insurance and Tim Davis of Corcoran Real Estate were on hand during the show. Northrop & Johnson’s strategic partner Revolve provided clients VIP car service to and from the show and Northrop & Johnson sponsor Scooser provided easy show maneuverability with three Scroosers at the disposal of brokers and clients.

Friday evening, Northrop & Johnson hosted clients, guests and friends for its annual ’49 Elite event. Guests enjoyed viewing the numerous yachts on display, the delicious Chai Rum Cocktails, tasty hors-d’oeuvres and dancing to music by local band Roots Shakedown.

On Sunday at 6 pm, after a successful four days in the sunshine, the yacht horns sounded to signal the end of the show. Northrop & Johnson would like to thank all our clients, guests and strategic partners for attending the show.
