PALM BEACH 2017 WRAP UP
From March 23 to 26, West Palm Beach was bustling with yachting professionals, crewmembers, owners and enthusiasts. Northrop & Johnson was proud to be at the show with a host of luxury superyachts for sale and for charter, including DOUBLE DOWN, CASINO ROYALE, LADY JOY, MITseaAH, ARGYLL, CHECKMATE, MAG III, BRIO, LI-LIEN, SEALYON, INDIGO, AZZURA, PHANTASMA, INEVITABLE, UNSINKABLE and EL COYOTE. The stunningly chic Northrop & Johnson stand not only played host to sales and charter brokers from the Antibes, Fort Lauderdale, Holland, Newport and Newport Beach offices, it also was a wonderful gathering place for clients and friends. In addition, Northrop & Johnson’s Strategic Global Partners, Chai Rum, Crystal Cruises, Lufthansa First Class and Marsh Insurance joined in the fun at the Northrop & Johnson stand. In partnership with Tesla for the show, Northrop & Johnson offered VIP car service for clients and guests.
On Friday evening, more than 200 guests joined in for the ’49 Elite Cocktails & Yacht Hop event held at the N&J stand. The delightful sounds of local Palm Beach musician Xander James had guests swaying in the warm South Florida breeze as they sipped delicious cocktails crafted by Chai Rum, enjoyed wine and Champagne, nibbled on yummy bites and hopped on and off Northrop & Johnson’s impressive inventory.
Saturday and Sunday saw a steady flow of traffic and the sunny skies beckoned visitors; and at 5 p.m. the yachts blew their horns, signaling the end of another successful show.
