Executive Chef François-Laurent aiApchié offers a menu of Mediterranean cuisine, evoking the gastronomic spirit of the French Riviera using fresh and seasonal ingredients – many from the hotel’s garden. The Strand’s extensive wine list includes 300-plus wines from around the world and over 60 Champagnes. In the Champagne Lounge, located on a terrace beneath the shade of a 700-year-old olive tree, Champagne is served from a vintage trolley cart.
