A stone’s throw from the Bahamian capital of Nassau, Paradise Island has become a firm favorite among the yachting crowd, thanks in part to its first-class yachting facilities at the Hurricane Hole Superyacht Marina at Paradise Landing. Just a short hop from Florida by boat or plane, this strategic location is also where you will find the recently opened Carnivale Bahamas. As its name suggests, this new outpost of Carnivale brings the signature energy and flavor of the Chicago favorite to the shores of the Bahamas, but with a Caribbean twist.

While overlooking the yachts docked in the marina, enjoy a tapas-style alfresco luncheon, or head ashore in the evening for entertainment, accompanied by a delectable dinner at sunset. Offering a vibrant fusion of Bahamian and Caribbean cuisine using fresh, locally sourced ingredients that burst with island flavors, the menus evoke a gastronomic carnival spirit, helped along the way with handcrafted cocktails. Choose from fresh fish from the Seafood Bar, Latin American-inspired appetizers and salads, charcoal barbecue fish of the day, or steak.
