Each residence has access to personal concierges, a community library and a full-service fitness center. Each villa is well suited to accommodate families, but also small groups and couples traveling together.

Each 6,400-square-foot home, available for rent through Grace Bay Club, offers ocean views, a private infinity pool, a detached cottage with a fifth bedroom and bath. The interior spaces offer a cozy, cottage feel with 18-foot ceilings, appliances by Sub Zero and Wolf, and high-quality fixtures and finishes. The homes were constructed with the environment in mind; therefore, each one features a multi-zone air conditioning, gray water recycling, LED lighting and a self-contained wastewater treatment system.

You have the option of renting each home on a two-, three-, four- or five-bedroom basis. Unrented bedrooms are kept locked so you have the entire villa to yourself.

Guest services include private airport transfers, a private chef upon request, daily complimentary in-villa breakfasts, a complimentary start-up bar, daily housekeeping, complimentary dining shuttle to Grace Bay Club or West Bay Club, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi and non-motorized sports.
