Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the 80-foot (24.38m) yachtfisher MINDY by Yacht Broker Kevin Kramer, who acted on behalf of the seller. MINDY was only on the market for 64 days.

MINDY is an exceptional vessel that offers the best of both worlds providing the volume and luxury of a motor yacht with the fishing capabilities of a sportfish. This yachtfisher was custom built for extended cruising by Cheoy Lee in 2006.

The yacht features a beautiful interior designed by Jon Pokela. The space is grand and elegant, showcasing traditional wood paneling, light neutral-colored carpets and overheads. Additionally, MINDY has a Chihuly-inspired glass art piece and an original Jon Pokela painting that adds a splash of color to the dining area. The yacht features two great living spaces, the main salon and skylounge, perfect for relaxing and hosting guests.

A highlighting feature aboard MINDY is her impressive cockpit that has a fighting chair. It is the perfect space for fishing. Providing great views for watching all the action in the cockpit is the aft deck with alfresco dining and the skylounge aft with an L-shaped settee. On the foredeck are built-in articulating lounge chairs that are ideal for soaking in the sunshine and enjoying the surrounding views.

Luxury yacht MINDY has accommodations for 10 guests in five staterooms or six guests in three staterooms and two crewmembers in the two forward staterooms. The yacht features an amidships master with rich sapele mahogany and a centerline queen. MINDY also has a queen-bed stateroom, a twin-bed stateroom and a stateroom with a V-berth, which has a queen bed and twin bunk beds — this stateroom can be used for guests or crew.
