SAILING YACHT GRAND ILLUSION NOW FOR SALE WITH NORTHROP & JOHNSON

GRAND ILLUSION is a true racing yacht built by Santa Cruz and designed by Bill Lee in 1986. She boasts speed in excess of 21 knots and an amazing sailing history that includes winning the Transpac Race to Hawaii three times and holding the elapsed time record for the Victoria-to-Maui race for 16 years. She showcases a custom carbon fiber mast, modified keel and rudder, and new running rigging.

In 2017, the yacht received six new spinnakers, new racing bottom paint, B&G H500 Instrumentation, five 30×30 displays mounted on the mast and running rigging.

The sailing yacht features an open interior with a well-equipped galley. GRAND ILLUSION is able to accommodate up to eight guests with one double bed and seven single, adjustable berths.
