Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the 116′ (35.38m) Burger motor yacht PATRIOT by Yacht Broker Wes Sanford, acting on behalf of the seller.

Launched by Burger in 2005, PATRIOT is a classic luxury yacht outfitted with the finest furnishings and finishes expected in a yacht of her class. PATRIOT has benefitted from a dedicated maintenance program and continuous refits, the most recent being in 2021. The yacht combines features of elegance and comfort, offers endless amenities and does not compromise safety. PATRIOT’s Quantum Zero Speed stabilizers ensure guest comfort at anchor and when underway. 

PATRIOT’s timeless interior styling is courtesy of designer Don O’Keefe. The yacht’s Mediterranean-styled main salon features endless views from the surrounding windows and remote-controlled blinds when complete privacy is desired. Intricate Makoré woodwork adorns the yacht’s interior, offering a feeling of warmth. PATRIOT’s formal dining space is separated from the seating area by a stunning Makoré storage credenza. PATRIOT’s raised pilothouse offers space for admiring the horizons ahead while seated on the leather L-shaped settee. The motor yacht’s galley is warm and welcoming, showcasing a “country kitchen” atmosphere with a plush U-shaped settee, Quartz countertops and expansive windows for admiring the views. 

PATRIOT hosts up to eight guests in the comfort of four staterooms. The master stateroom features ample storage space from the endless bureaus and his-and-her cedar closets. PATRIOT’s three additional staterooms include a queen-berth cabin and two cabins, each with twin berths. The yacht’s interior color palette pulls inspiration from the sea featuring nautical-inspired artwork and wallpaper. 

Luxury yacht PATRIOT’s walkaround side decks provide seamless access to all areas of the yacht. The yacht’s upper deck comprises multiple spaces; from the flybridge to the sundeck, PATRIOT’s exterior spaces allow for endless entertainment opportunities. Aft of the helm is the full-service bar with four bar stools for enjoying cocktails with a view. Alfresco dining can be enjoyed on the flybridge or down below on the aft deck. PATRIOT’s large swim platform is ideal for guests who wish to be even closer to the water.
