74-foot (22.56m) HATT TRICK Sold

Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the in-house sale of the 74-foot (22.56m) HATT TRICK by Yacht Broker Brian Commette, acting on behalf of the buyer and seller. The motor yacht was last asking $1,995,000.

HATT TRICK was built by Ocean Alexander in 2009. The yacht showcases a timeless exterior design by Naval Architect Ed Monk Jr and an elegant interior designed by Evan Marshall. The motor yacht has only seen light use, only being used four months out of the year and kept in heated storage each winter. HATT TRICK has a beam of 20 feet (6.1m) and a max draft of 5 feet 11 inches (1.52m). The yacht is easy to handle and maintain.

The luxury motor yacht features a welcoming interior with a great layout conducive to socializing and unwinding. It has ample seating in the main salon and a forward country galley by the helm with a dinette and 180-degree views. HATT TRICK’s interior is adorned with varnished Sapele mahogany, beautiful stonework and new (2019) carpeting.
