A 151-foot (46m) Delta Marina was sold by Yacht Broker Kevin Kramer, who acted on behalf of the buyer. Built in 1999, this superyacht showcases a timeless exterior designed by Ron Holland Design and a contemporary interior designed by Ardeo Design. The yacht’s interior is an entertainer’s dream showcasing an impressive layout and plush furnishings. Throughout the yacht are subtle nautical references such as rope motifs and compass roses that highlight the impeccable attention to detail. This Delta Marine showcases four spaces en-suite staterooms that accommodate up to 10 guests.
The 108-foot (32.92m) BEACHFRONT was sold by yacht broker Kristen Klein, acting on behalf of the seller as a joint central agent. Motor yacht BEACHFRONT is an ideal blend of traditional and contemporary. Built by Hargrave in 2005, BEACHFRONT has benefitted from a 2010 and 2018 refit. The yacht’s interior showcases an elegant styling with a welcoming ambiance. She has a free-flowing layout as well as an onboard theater with a 500-plus movie collection and a large music library. The 83-foot (25.48m) COY KOI was sold in-house with Yacht Broker Kevin Kramer, representing the buyer and Yacht Brokers Kristen Klein and Kevin Merrigan, representing the seller. COY KOI was built by Kuipers Doggerbanks in 2000 as an explorer yacht with exceptional cruising capabilities. In 2018, the yacht received an extensive refit. COY KOI welcomes six guests aboard in the comfort of the well-appointed staterooms. The luxury yacht featuring a timeless yet modern interior as well as charming outdoor living areas.
