The 100-foot (30.48m) motor yacht MIA KAI is now for sale with Northrop & Johnson. Listed with Yacht Broker Jim Poulsen and Greg Dagge, the yacht is asking $2,650,000.

Built by Bilgin Yachts in 2006, MIA KAI is no ordinary motor yacht. She has an exceptional layout, incredible attention to detail and impressive fuel consumption. The yacht is in great condition and turns heads wherever she goes. In 2015, the entire hull above the waterline was stripped, checked, re-fiberglassed, faired and repainted with Awlgrip. Her superstructure has been repainted as well.

MIA KAI has composite construction, timber and fiberglass skin. Her composite hull is very efficient at slow displacement and semi-displacement speeds. She has a cruising speed of 10-to-12 knots with a range of 650-nautical-miles with 120lph at 10 knots. Due to her timber construction, MIA KIA has low noise and vibrations.

The luxury motor yacht showcases a welcoming interior with a warm ambiance and elegant styling. MIA KAI is well decorated, has a neutral color palette and an abundance of natural light.
