BLUE TOO Price Reduction — October 2019

Northrop & Johnson announces the $650,000 price reduction of the 112-foot (34m) Alloy Yachts sailing yacht BLUE TOO. She is now asking $6,500,000.

BLUE TOO offers an exceptional level of quality, expert design, impressive condition and presents a yacht that is a rarity on the market. An excellent interior layout and beautiful living spaces are ideally suited for owners and guests to enjoy their time aboard. The yacht’s comfortable main salon is classically elegant with splendid styling. Raised-panel joinery, sumptuous fabrics and teak cabin soles are found throughout the yacht. The sailing yacht’s lower deck features an open layout well suited for onboard socializing and entertaining. Seating is found to port; dining is found starboard. Six guests are comfortably appointed aboard BLUE TOO in three resplendent staterooms; these include a lovely master suite, a double-bed stateroom and a twin stateroom.

Featuring a traditional Ron Holland design, BLUE TOO has been maintained to the highest possible standards. She was built in 1998; a 2016 comprehensive refit return the yacht to like-new condition as every aspect of the yacht was enhanced. Some of the most significant aspects of the refit include a full rebuild of her MTU engines, the replacement of generators and electronics; all of the yacht’s gauges and sensors of her control system were updated. Additionally, the yacht’s fuel system was replaced. BLUE TOO’s mast was dismantled for a five-year inspection in 2016 and in 2018; the mast and boom were repainted in 2018. The yacht’s Hundsted system was sent to its manufacturer for inspection and upgrading, which included the addition of new gauges and a new pitch sensor. Lastly, the yacht’s turnbuckles were replaced, and the rod rigging was re-headed.
