My Present 
Hello, my name is Rosa and I am the Sales Support Manager for Northrop & Johnson Europe. My responsibility is to oversee our Sales Support Team and to make sure that our Sales Brokers have complete assistance in everything they need to be able to sell a yacht.

My Past
I am both Mexican and Italian and I have lived in ten different countries because of my father’s job as a Diplomat of the United Nations. I studied Business Management in Boston Massachusetts and then completed my MBA. I speak five languages: Spanish, Italian, English, French and German. I worked in Marketing for big multinationals, such as Beiersdorf, Microban and Perfetti Van Meller.  I decided to move to the South of France 14 years ago which is where I was introduced to the yachting industry. From there, I started at Peter Insull’s Brokerage, before moving to Camper and Nicholsons and then N&J.

My Future
I want to continue to improve and consolidate the already extraordinary sales support team in Europe.  I want to become excellent in using all the tools that the company provides us to support our Sales Brokers and I also want to gain more and more knowledge of the sales market side of yachting,

My Motto

My Outside-office Life
I love swimming, scuba diving, biking and mountain sports.  I also love reading and art, visiting art exhibitions and going to the theater to listen to Opera, Classical music and Jazz.

Fast Facts 
I do charity for street dogs in Mexico. Every month I help a local association that organizes sterilization campaigns and I also help to feed 17 street dogs every day. To know that I can improve the lives of needy street/abandoned doggies makes me feel well.
