Paige Fisher

My Present
Hi! I am Paige Fisher, The Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Northrop & Johnson.

My role at N&J is to develop, maintain, and grow the relationships with our Strategic Partners, including NetJets, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Louis XIII, Ulysse Nardin, Northern Trust, Compass, Penfolds, Master & Dynamic, Corcoran, and Newcoast.

I work with a small but powerful Strategic Partnership team at N&J with the goal of elevating our brand and bringing qualified clients to N&J through alignment with some of the most exclusive, premium brands in the luxury sector. We do this by organizing intimate events in key markets with our sales and charter brokers and our partners to create synergies between our very similar clientele and develop new business through education and awareness of our partnerships and the services each brand has to offer.

Our team oversees the production, sales and coordination of advertisements in our in-house publication, Navigator Magazine. We are also responsible for sponsorships of events and partner/sponsor deliverables and activations during the major boat shows such as Fort Lauderdale and Monaco Yacht Show.

My Past
I was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania, where the word ‘yacht’ was a foreign language. The day after graduating from Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania in 2014, I drove to Tampa, Florida, for an internship with the University of South Florida and never looked back.

I was lucky enough to land myself a full-time job at the Tampa Bay Lightning a few months later, which is where I spent the first three years of my career working for the front office of professional sports teams. I was fortunate enough to work for The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, The Florida Panthers, and the Miami Marlins in my seven years in professional sports.

After moving to Fort Lauderdale and discovering the world of yachting, I joined YATCO – the official MLS of yachting, where I was responsible for the overall sales growth and development for the US Market. In my two years at YATCO, I connected with many people in the industry through YPY, my clients, and simply getting out there. I joined Northrop & Johnson in September of 2021 and quickly realized that this is what I was truly meant to do with my career.

My Future
I am so excited to continue to learn new things every day and grow the N&J brand, along with my brand, through connecting good people with good people and bringing new yachting destinations to the map. The only destination is the top!

My Outside-office Life
If you find me not working, I am most likely at the pool, beach, on a boat or anywhere near water with my golden retriever Dash. I am addicted to hot yoga and fitness competitions with my friends via Apple Watch, and I travel as much as humanly possible to continue to immerse myself in new cultures. I also attend and promote coastal cleanups regularly to advocate for environmental conservation, and I am an active member of Young Professionals in Yachting.
