My Present
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Janet Fong-Brians. I’m Northrop and Johnson’s Director of Wow & First Impressions. As the first point of contact at our headquarters, I thrive on exceptional warm welcomes, greetings, and the best customer service experience. I have more than 30-plus years of cross-functional sales and customer service experience in the luxury travel sector. In addition, I am also a very active member of the Admin Team assisting various departments within the company.

My Past
I’m originally from Kingston, Jamaica. Upon getting my United States citizenship back in 1978. I was fortunate to be the first hired at Trans World Airlines in New York City at the age of 18 years old working in the Reservations Department. When Transworld closed its doors, I moved on to another sector of the Travel Industry working for large travel agencies that also had booths at Airports and on-site large corporations like NBC 6 WTVJ Studios and Philips Electronics. I then decided to keep working with travel clients from my home office part-time and added a few more Front Desk/Customer service duties with companies like State Farm and Chicos as their Sales Lead/Style Expert.

My Outside-office Life
I spend my time discovering new dishes as I love to cook and entertain, I also love creating new looks in my wardrobe as well as I was a seamstress like my mother, not so much these days as I found my dream seamstress from Bali. I am also an artist like my father. Abstract painting and drawings are my fav.
