"DEEP BLUE” is a 2021 60’ Daniels Boatworks. She is the perfect boat for any tournament fisherman with a very soft and dry ride. Her twin V12-1550 MANs provide a 37 knot cruise and top end of 43 knots with only 510 hours recently receiving her first 400 hour service (all services up to date and warranty). She will plane off at 1200 RPM/18 knots and is incredibly efficient burning only 56 GPH @ 25 knots.
She is loaded with all the modern amenities. She boasts a large 140 sq. ft cockpit including a game-boat style mezzanine with composite Flexiteek deck/covering boards. Equipped with a Furuno OMNI Directional Sonar, Dometic Spot Zero water system, Garmin electronics package, Seakeeper 9, Frigibar ice chipper, and custom tackle room just to name a few.
Daniels Boatworks did an excellent job with this build using only the highest quality materials. Starting with Douglas Fir stringers and Okume plywood bottom with Pro-Set and West System Epoxy. All bulkheads, decks, super structure, and flybridge built with close cell foam. All coatings on the boat are AlexSeal products.
Kurt Daniels spent 18 years building boats at Spencer Yachts before going to work with Irving Forbes in 2014. Kurt started Daniels Boatworks in 2017 and has established an excellent reputation in the industry. Daniels Boatworks has lots of exciting projects underway including a new 63’ sportfish.
