My name is Lucie Moore. I joined Northrop & Johnson in 2019, developing extensive experience in compliance, regulatory requirements and client due diligence within a highly regulated business environment. Following the creation of the Division, I have continued to support compliance matters across the different entities of MarineMax Superyacht Services in Europe, with a particular focus on the Monegasque regulatory framework.
My role involves contributing to the development and maintenance of compliance processes, supporting risk management and ensuring that regulatory requirements are effectively incorporated into the business and applied consistently. I work closely with commercial teams to ensure that compliance is effectively integrated across the company.
What I particularly enjoy about my role is regulatory expertise, and the practical realities of an international and fast-moving business environment. Every case is different and presents its own challenges, requiring a good understanding of both the regulatory framework and the business context.
My Past
I was born in Paris and grew up between Paris and the south of France. Alongside my studies, I gained experience across different industries, including banking, real estate and yachting. My experience in the yachting industry naturally led me to develop a strong interest in the sector, particularly for its international environment, dynamic nature and the variety of challenges it presents.

Looking ahead, I aim to continue developing my expertise in international compliance and contribute to a strong, effective and business-oriented compliance culture within the company.
