My Present
I’m Rebecca Montoya and I am the Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships at Northrop & Johnson. In addition to managing the relationships with N&J’s premiere luxury lifestyle partners including NetJets, Northern Trust, Rolls-Royce, Compass, Ulysse Nardin, Louis XIII, Tim Davis, Penfolds, Master & Dynamic, Zeelander, Newcoast and Airbus Corporate Jets, I lead strategy and implementation for the cross-marketing efforts, communications and events that promote our partners and drive business to both our partners and N&J.
My Past
Born and raised in Miami, I attended Florida International University where I received a degree in Communication which put me on the path to a career in public relations and marketing. My 10+ years of extensive experience in luxury marketing, events and public relations have enabled me to work closely with a wide variety of prestigious brands. Prior to joining Northrop & Johnson, I worked with luxury real estate brokerage International Sales Group to manage marketing efforts for leading real estate developers including Swire Properties, Related Companies, Related Group and PMG.
My Future
My goal is to take the relationships with our luxury partners to the next level and to cement these partnerships for many years to come. I want to work with these industry-leading brands to continuously uncover new ways to collaborate, serve each other’s clientele and generate new business.
