Hello! My name is Pamela Leone and I’m a Junior Staff Accountant based in N&J’s Fort Lauderdale office.
My Past
I was originally born in Brooklyn, New York. When I was eight, my parents moved south to Miami, Florida, where I lived for 23 years. After a few years of living just north of Boca Raton in Boynton Beach, my family and I moved to Sunrise, not far from Fort Lauderdale and bordering the Everglades. We’re very happy here!
My career has been spent working in accounting across very different industries, from aerospace to healthcare management and hospitality. But my very first job was as a bookseller, which sparked my love of fiction in all its forms.
My Future
Professionally, my goal is to fully embrace my role here at Northrop & Johnson: to learn my accounting responsibilities to my full ability, understand the yachting industry and bring my quiet, helpful nature to the accounting team.
Personally, my goal is to spend as much time as I can with my family and be more involved with my church. I’d also love to try my hand at penning a clean romance novel!

My Outside-Office Life
I find so much joy in spending time with my family, upkeeping my home and reading Regency-era romance novels. I love to go to church with my family, and in my spare time, I enjoy watching English soccer games.
Fast Facts
• My proudest accomplishment is raising my son to see him become a good man, and caring for my spouse through several surgeries.
• All of England is on my bucket list!
• My guilty pleasure is eating vanilla ice cream.
• My comfort food is Ecuadorian-style chicken soup.
