Created in 1987, the association promotes professionalism and a high standard of conduct throughout the yacht brokerage business. Each IYBA member is required to abide by a code of ethics to safeguard the public and protect against unethical practices.

“I am honored to be selected to serve on the IYBA Board of Directors,” says Kristen. “It is an exceptional organization that strives to make the industry better every day by educating brokers, enforcing ethics, providing networking opportunities and advocating for the yachting community in the legislation and regulatory process. I look forward to contributing to the board and the industry as a whole.”

Kristen has enjoyed an exciting career in the yachting industry, working on a number of yachts before venturing shore side to join Northrop & Johnson. She has been an active member in the community serving on the International Super Yacht Society (ISS) Board of Directors and Broward Public Library Foundation Board of Directors.
