Mimi Andain Joins Northrop & Johnson as Charter Broker

Northrop & Johnson is excited to welcome Mimi Andain to its international team of yachting professionals. Based out of the Antibes office, Mimi brings over three decades of expertise in the yachting industry to her role as Charter Broker.

Her key responsibilities include the meticulous selection of the perfect yacht and crew, with a commitment to not only meeting but surpassing her clients’ expectations. Mimi’s journey in the yachting industry began in the North of England, where she spent many summers on family yachts, cruising the Mediterranean and discovering the beauty of Europe. With a background in yacht brokerage, she worked alongside her father and sister for over two decades, running the charter department and gaining extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of charter, particularly specializing in corporate events such as the Monaco Grand Prix and Cannes Film Festival. Before joining Northrop & Johnson, Mimi spent nearly six years with a boutique yacht brokerage, running the charter department and acquiring in-depth knowledge of the Transport contract, offering advantageous VAT rates for charters starting in France.

Mimi, an individual MYBA member actively serving on one of the committees, expresses her commitment to ensuring client satisfaction as her primary goal. With a pledge to provide the highest level of knowledge, service, and attention to detail, she aims to make each client’s dream a reality.
