Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the 111′ (34m) Moonen motor yacht XANADU by Yacht Broker Josh Lee, acting on behalf of the seller. The yacht was last asking $4,750,000.

The 1997 luxury motor yacht XANADU underwent a comprehensive refit in 2022, which included a full respray, installation of new teak decks and an upgrade of systems, enhancing both performance and aesthetics. The interior has been freshly updated, featuring vibrant artwork, rich high-gloss woods, and plush furnishings that collectively contribute to an elegant ambiance.

XANADU’s functional layout is designed for entertaining, socializing and dining. A distinctive feature is the formal dining area, strategically positioned aft of the main salon, offering diners breathtaking views through the aft windows while enjoying a meal.

Accommodating up to eight guests, XANADU boasts four luxurious staterooms.
