Posted June 4, 2025 in Brokerage & New Build

Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce the sale of the 112’ (34m) 2014 Westport motor yacht RISKY BUSINESS. The sale was completed by Bruce Leffers, who represented the buyer. She was last asking $7,250,000.

Delivered in 2014, RISKY BUSINESS is a standout Westport 112, with an impressive list of custom features and a meticulous maintenance history. Her thoughtful layout, elevated interior finishes, and extensive upgrades make her a top-tier example of this sought-after series.

The yacht welcomes guests via midship or optional aft deck carbon fiber boarding gates. Aft, an expansive cockpit features a molded-in settee, a high-gloss teak dining table, a walk-behind bar with twin refrigerated drawers, an icemaker, a sink, and stone countertops. An EZ2CY enclosure ensures climate control in all conditions.

Stepping through the custom electric curved stainless-steel door, the full-beam salon offers an “L”-shaped sofa, a love seat, and a 60” TV to starboard, perfectly positioned for dock or anchorage views. Forward, the formal dining area is anchored by a large custom table for eight, complemented by built-in port and starboard buffets with tailored storage.

The galley is a showstopper. Featuring an open island layout with a skylight, abundant storage, and a casual dinette, this space is designed for relaxed, social cooking. Forward, the VIP stateroom offers a centerline queen berth, custom sidelights, and a spacious ensuite bath.

Amidships, the full-beam master stateroom features a centerline king berth with lift-up storage, a companion seat, large portlights, a walk-in closet, and Crestron-controlled lighting, entertainment, and blinds. The his-and-her master bath spans the beam and includes dual vanities, custom stone finishes, and a large central shower. Two additional guest staterooms are aft.

The helm station is fully equipped with advanced electronics, a power-actuated Stidd helm chair, a navigation desk, and a large observation lounge with a pop-up LED TV. On the flybridge, guests will find three Stidd chairs, factory hardtop, LED lighting, full bar with grill, fridge, icemaker, large lounge, and teak sole. Aft, the boat deck features a hot tub, storage for two WaveRunners and a 15’ RIB, plus davit crane access.

The redesigned foredeck features a large sunpad with built-in storage, including room for eight scuba tanks and full dive gear sets.
