WALRUS 76’ (23.2m) Custom Passagemaker Yacht Lease to Own

Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce the completion of an AMIkids lease-to-own deal by Yacht Broker Kristen Klein, acting on behalf of the Lessee.

WALRUS was commissioned in 2006 by an experienced owner and designed specifically for short-haul family cruising. Her second owner lived comfortably aboard for six years, cruising The Bahamas, the Caribbean and New England. With a shallow draft, she is capable of cruising shallow waters, and with ample aft deck space, she’s perfect for entertaining large groups. She’s a proven offshore passage-maker—economical, safe and exceptionally seaworthy. The yacht features an aluminum hull. She is outfitted with a single 3406E Caterpillar 700 hp that provides her with a maximum speed of nine knots and a cruising speed of eight knots. She is able to carry 3,000 gallons of fuel and 750 gallons of water.

Finished with fine fittings and fixtures, no compromises were made in her construction. She features a mahogany interior with traditional cabinetry and paneling in the main salon, and a brand-new galley with updated appliances and countertops.

WALRUS is able to accommodate five guests across three well-appointed cabins. Her master cabin, situated amidships, features two twin berths, ample storage and an en-suite. To starboard is a single cabin and forward is a twin cabin, both with their own en-suite.
