Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce the 141ft (43m) motor yacht SUNRISE is now offered for sale with Yacht Broker Deniz Kaymaz, with an asking price of €16,900,000.

Built in 2019 and delivered in 2020, SUNRISE is a steel and aluminium displacement yacht constructed by Yildiz Shipyard (a Perini Navi subsidiary shipyard) in Turkey. She combines elegant exterior lines by Ginton Naval Architects with a sophisticated interior by Hot Lab, manufactured and installed by Ulutas Yacht Interior, resulting in warm contemporary detailing and generous natural light throughout.

Designed for both private ownership and high-end charter use, SUNRISE offers exceptional volume for her size and an intelligent layout across three guest decks. A rare private elevator connects all interior levels, improving day-to-day flow on board while also making the yacht wheelchair friendly, a feature still uncommon in this size bracket. The yacht is also noted as being a very quiet platform, enhancing comfort both underway and at anchor.

Accommodation is arranged for up to 12 guests in five en-suite cabins. The full-beam Owner’s Suite is positioned on the upper deck, delivering an apartment-like experience with panoramic views, a private lounge area, generous storage and direct access to a private aft deck terrace. On the lower deck, two spacious VIP double cabins are located aft, complemented by two twin cabins forward, each with an additional Pullman berth for flexible family-friendly capacity. Crew accommodation is arranged separately to ensure discreet service.

The main deck is dedicated to social living and entertaining, with a relaxed main salon, formal indoor dining for up to 12 guests and seamless access to the shaded aft deck for alfresco dining and lounging. Outside, SUNRISE’s deck spaces are arranged for all-day use, led by an expansive sundeck/skydeck with sun loungers, a bar, dining and shaded seating, plus additional foredeck sunbathing and seating areas.

A beach club and swim platform enhance time at anchor, supported by an Opacmare six-step transformer system for improved water-level access. Comfort is further supported by stabilizers both at anchor and underway, reinforcing SUNRISE’s suitability for extended cruising and charter operation.

SUNRISE has completed her five-year special survey with RINA, positioning her as a genuinely market-ready, turnkey opportunity.
