SUMMERDANCE 146’ (44.5m) Trinity Now Asking $15,450,000

Posted August 5, 2026 in Brokerage & New Build

Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce a significant $1,000,000 price reduction on the 146’ (44.5m) Trinity tri-deck SUMMERDANCE. Now asking $15,450,000, she is listed for sale with yacht brokers Kevin Merrigan and Kristen Klein.

Built in 2004, SUMMERDANCE was completely modernized during a 10-month $5 million refit in 2025, which included fresh Matterhorn White Awl-grip paint, a reimagined interior by Bonville Associates, refreshed exterior details and more.

Upon stepping aboard, her volume is immediately felt, from the spacious aft deck to the sprawling main salon finished in a cool coastal color palette and rich mahogany joinery accented by stone details, a formal dining area and lots of modern lighting. Just above, the skylounge is a popular socializing space complete with a curved bar, panoramic windows and plenty of seating. SUMMERDANCE’s interior design is timeless, allowing her new owner to step right aboard and start cruising without the need for aesthetic changes.

SUMMERDANCE welcomes 10 guests in five beautiful guest cabins, which comprise a full-beam main-deck primary suite, two aft king cabins, a forward queen and a twin, all with en-suite bathrooms. The yacht also has space to accommodate nine crewmembers.

Alfresco entertainment is at the heart of SUMMERDANCE with many dedicated areas to lounge, dine, relax, and simply admire the cruising grounds, from the main deck aft to the sprawling sundeck, complete with a wrap-around bar, Jacuzzi and outdoor grill. For the best view onboard, the Portuguese bridge foredeck takes first place while her extended swim platform is the perfect launchpad for water toys, like her F95 Porsche SeaBobs.

She cruises comfortably at 10-12 knots with a top speed of 19 knots courtesy of her Caterpillar 3512B main engines. Additionally, SUMMERDANCE features Northern Lights generators and Quantum QC-1500 zero-speed stabilizers for the ultimate in guest comfort.
