SUMMERDANCE 146’ (44.5m) Tri-deck Trinity Now Asking $16,450,000
Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce a $500,000 price reduction on the 146’ (44.5m) Trinity motor yacht SUMMERDANCE, now asking $16,450,000. Listed for sale with yacht brokers Kristen Klein and Kevin Merrigan, SUMMERDANCE is presented in excellent condition following an extensive $5 million refit completed in 2025.
A proven American build, SUMMERDANCE was delivered in 2004 and extended in 2017 with a custom transom and swim platform. Fresh from her full 20-year ABS survey completed in 2024, she blends ABS-classed aluminum construction with upgraded systems and modern styling. She is a turnkey platform for private use or charter.
Her interiors have been completely reimagined by Bonville & Associates (2025), introducing a refined, coastal aesthetic with off-white tones, navy accents, and updated furnishings throughout. The main salon features rich mahogany joinery, mirrored lounge seating, and stone detailing, while a formal dining area for 10 sits beneath contemporary lighting. A relaxed skylounge with an L-shaped sofa, curved bar, and panoramic views offers an inviting secondary gathering space, complemented by a fully upgraded galley.
SUMMERDANCE accommodates 10 guests in five staterooms, highlighted by a full-beam master suite on the main deck with a forward-facing king bed, private lounge space, and a skylit en-suite with bathtub and glass shower.
SUMMERDANCE’s main aft deck features a walk-up bar and alfresco dining, and a bridge deck aft with circular seating for 10 and an outdoor TV. The sundeck is designed for entertaining, complete with a large bar, grill, Jacuzzi with surrounding sunpads, and new 2025 water toys, including F95 Porsche SeaBobs. Forward, the Portuguese bridge and expanded swim platform enhance both relaxation and water access. All teak decks, exterior cushions, canvas, cap rails, and stainless trim were refreshed in 2025, underscoring her meticulous upkeep.
Her systems include rebuilt Northern Lights generators (2023), Quantum QC-1500 zero-speed stabilizers, a new bridge electronics suite, Starlink connectivity, and an Atlas shore power converter.
