Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the lease through donation of the 83′ (25.3m) Burger motor yacht SIRENE by Yacht Broker Kristen Klein, acting on behalf of the Lessor and Lessee.
SIRENE, crafted by U.S. shipbuilder Burger Yachts in 1990, was built to the highest quality with exceptional craftsmanship. She has enjoyed meticulous care throughout her lifetime, and her most recent refit in 2023 included freshly rebuilt engines. In 2021, an additional refit brought over $400,000 in upgrades. These enhancements encompassed various aspects, including electrical modernization, installation of state-of-the-art audio-visual and entertainment systems, the addition of two new air-conditioning compressors, and interior décor upgrades.
Powered by twin Detroit Diesel 1080hp engines, SIRENE cruises at a comfortable 13 knots, with the capacity to reach a maximum speed of 16 knots. Recent servicing of her two Onan 33kW generators, steering system, shafts, and watermaker ensures top-notch performance and reliability.
SIRENE’s interior embraces a neutral palette, accentuated by bird’s eye maple woodwork, creating an inviting atmosphere. The main salon has been thoughtfully redesigned for socializing and entertainment, featuring a built-in bar, a high-quality flatscreen TV, and plush seating for evening drinks or game nights. Abundant natural light fills the space and forward of the main salon lies a dayhead and a country-style galley, boasting brand-new appliances and an inviting, redesigned breakfast nook.
SIRENE offers accommodations for six guests within three staterooms. The master suite, located on the lower deck aft, boasts a king-size bed with ample storage and an en-suite with a shower/tub combination. Two twin cabins located forward feature spacious closets and en-suites with glass door showers and storage SIRENE can comfortably accommodate a crew of up to three.
The main deck aft features a generously sized dining table with seating and convenient access to the lower cockpit. Her expansive flybridge offers covered dining with a large built-in U-shaped table and plenty of seating. A driving station with three helm chairs provides the perfect spot for cruising while underway. The aft flybridge space is adaptable for tender storage or additional seating for sunbathing, making it a versatile and inviting area.
