SHADOWL 143’ (43.59m) Burger Yacht Sold in 81 Days

Northrop & Johnson is pleased to announce the successful in-house sale of SHADOWL, the 143’ (43.59m) Burger motor yacht, with Yacht Brokers Wes Sanford and Kevin Merrigan, representing both buyer and seller. She was last asking $19,500,000 and the transaction closed in just 81 days.

Delivered in 2010, SHADOWL is an excellent example of the shipyard’s legacy of quality construction. Built as a semi-displacement motor yacht for long-range cruising, she has been supported by a single owner since delivery and consistent upkeep. Most recently in 2026, SHADOWL completed a major refit which included a full paint job and extensive mechanical upgrades, along with the completion of her 15-year ABS special survey.

Her interior and exterior styling were developed by Winch Design, bringing a cohesive New England-inspired aesthetic throughout. Inside, the layout connects the main salon, dining area, and skylounge, with large windows introducing natural light across each space. A dedicated cinema room adds a distinct onboard entertainment element.

SHADOWL accommodates 10 guests in five cabins, including a main-deck master suite with a private office, as well as three king cabins and one twin cabin with a Pullman. She also supports nine crew, including captain’s quarters.

SHADOWL’s exterior spaces include an aft deck with dining and lounging areas, a skylounge aft deck, and an upper deck Jacuzzi with panoramic views, accompanied by sunpads and open lounging areas. A teak swim platform provides direct access to the water.
