PALIADOR 102' (31.19m) Alloy Yacht Sold

Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the 102′ (31.19m) Alloy PALIADOR by Yacht Brokers Hank Halsted and Jaco Stofberg. The yacht was last asking $2,750,000.

PALIADOR has been meticulously cared for by a series of dedicated owners and has been an avid explorer of the world’s most remote destinations. Over the years, PALIADOR has undergone multiple refits, with the most recent in 2020 elevating her to new heights. The refit included a complete rig rebuild, the standing rigging was entirely replaced and her topsides received a thorough sanding, fairing and painting with Awlgrip. The deck and superstructure were repainted with Awlgrip, and the exterior teak trim was stripped, sanded and refinished to achieve an impeccable finish.

Stepping inside, PALIADOR’s interior features traditional varnished cherry joiner work complemented by fabric panels and maple cabin soles. A defining feature is the spaciousness that greets guests from the cockpit to the pilothouse and into the salon. With panoramic 360-degree views, the pilothouse offers unbeatable views of her cruising grounds. A few steps down from the pilothouse lead to the main salon, where forward-facing windshields create an open skylight effect. Lounge seating, a flat-screen TV that raises up and a well-equipped galley with a breakfast counter set the stage for a comfortable onboard experience. There is an L-settee and a fully stocked bar with a wine cooler, ice maker and sink along with two leather bar stools.

PALIADOR accommodates up to eight guests in four cabins, including an owner’s stateroom with private deck access, a port guest cabin with twin berths, a starboard guest cabin with twin berths and a Pullman berth, and an additional cabin with a single berth.

PALIADOR boasts a low profile raised pilothouse, gracefully low freeboard, sculpted transom and a bow overhang. Her outdoor spaces are designed for alfresco living, offering options for lounging on cushioned settees or dining in the U-shaped seating area within the cockpit.
